I feel pleasure in addressing the perspective of students and parents of the Government College of Physical Education through this Message.

Government College of Physical Education is the only post-Graduate College in the J&K State that aims at the complete development of the students. The faculty members are both solid and experienced physical educationists who work together to prepare students to become bachelors and masters of physical education. We create opportunities for learners to become knowledgeable and skilled.

Sports and other co-curricular activities are encouraged and the students are given every form of support to develop their talent in all fields. Our brand of education does not have narrow horizons, we believe in exposure. Our students are encouraged to widen their knowledge base and study beyond the confine of the syllabus. In this age of technology, knowledge is just a click away and we ensure that every student of the college has the best of technology at his/her disposal.
